As part of their collaborative effort to rid the ocean of human generated plastic waste, adidas and Parley have joined forces once again, this time to create two new colorways of adidas' EQT ADV model. As with past projects, the shoe's construction incorporates real ocean plastic that has been processed and spun into thread. For this particular model, the sneaker’s one piece knit upper is derived from recycled plastic gathered from Maldivian beaches and coastal communities prior to reaching the ocean.
