RAFFLE RECAP
Over the past weekend, Notre collected donations in exchange for entry in our Air Fear Of God 1 ‘Triple Black raffle. We are thrilled to announce that with your help we received almost 8,000 donations totaling $32,690.02. These funds will be distributed directly to Off Their Plate, a grassroots, 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is partnering with impacted chefs and restaurant owners to provide meals to healthcare workers on the frontlines of Chicago’s fight against COVID-19 and provide economic relief to the restaurant workers affected most acutely by the pandemic.
If you would like to continue supporting their efforts, check out OTP’s website for more information on how to make personal donations, learn about volunteer opportunities, or help your organization provide corporate support.
Off Their Plate is a grassroots, 501(c)(3) nonprofit that partners with impacted chefs and restaurant owners to (1) provide meals to healthcare workers on the frontlines of our fight against COVID-19 and (2) provide economic relief to the restaurant workers affected most acutely by the pandemic. In other words, they’re working to keep our frontlines fed, paid, and healthy.
Off Their Plate is actively providing meals to frontline medical workers not just in Chicago, but across the country. So far, they’ve raised nearly 3 million and delivered more than 50,000 meals country-wide, with more than 30,000 meals to be delivered this week alone. Their Chicago team isn’t even two weeks old, and has already delivered 1,000 meals to the city's frontlines during its first five days online. They’ve already partnered with 10 independent chef-owners and prominent restaurant groups, including The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group, Seoul Taco, Left Coast Food + Juice, and DineAmic Hospitality, and more than 30 hospitals, clinics, and federally qualified health centers serving Covid-19 patients across the Chicagoland area, with a focus on the West and South Sides. They’re hoping to build the capacity to deliver 20,000 meals to our frontlines and restore thousands of wage-hours every week.
Thank you so much for your support.
