HEAD PORTER red, navy blue and white channel-quilted Cordura ripstop nylon shoulder pouch. Part of the classic skiwear-inspired RUKA series that features ultra-lightweight, water-resistant bags produced in tricolor iterations. Features a top red plastic YKK Vislon zipper compartment with a navy blue cord pull, a white snap-down front bellows pocket and a removable top navy blue strap with an adjustable slider and white plastic hardware.

Returns & Exchanges

Notre offers free returns within the continental United States. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

To receive a refund for your return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date
  • In original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Intimate apparel and swimwear (including, but not limited to, lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

Footwear must be returned with the dust bag, original shoe box and any other included materials (such as hangtags and extra laces), as these are considered part of the product. All original shoe boxes must be placed inside a shipping box in order to qualify for a return or exchange. 

Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Final Sale items include, but are not limited to, socks, publications, apothecary items (fragrances, candles, incense, grooming products, garment care products, etc...) and any items marked Final Sale.

Notre reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please visit our Return Center. Begin the process by entering the email associated with your order.

Your return or exchange must be postmarked no later than 14 days after your delivery date.


A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of Notre receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
